HHRAP does not automatically collect any personally identifiable information from you, including your name, phone number, street, or email address. We do not collect any personally identifiable information through our website and/or store it online.

HHRAP may collect personally identifiable information, including but not limited to name, phone number, demographic data, address, and/or email address, that you submit to us through direct emails, public feedback surveys, or through third-party event sign-ups. The information that is received and stored is safeguarded with reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized disclosure. However, emails, surveys, and third-party event sign-ups may not constitute secure information transmission methods. It is not recommended that sensitive personal information be transmitted via the methods outlined above.

HHRAP may use your personal information to facilitate ongoing operations and as may otherwise be required or permitted by law or described in this Policy. HHRAP may use personal information for the following, without limitation:

• To contact you about your survey responses;

The term “outside parties” does not include HHRAP. It also does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. HHRAP will retain personal information, as described above, for as long as necessary for the purposes identified, or as otherwise required or permitted by law.

Any of your personal data that is collected by HHRAP, as described above, may be accessed by you via written request to hhrap@hrca.on.ca. HHRAP will take reasonable steps to verify your identity prior to releasing any personal data that may have been collected by HHRAP.

Usage Data

When you visit hhrap.ca, our web server will collect non-personally identifiable information from you to better understand how our website is accessed and used. Usage Data may include information such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, your browser type, the date and time of your visit, and the IP address locations when you visit our website. This information is strictly used for statistical and reporting purposes.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics as a third-party service provider to better understand the use of our website. Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google to track website traffic. The data collected includes your browser type, browser version, the pages of our website that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.
