The Hamilton Harbour Remedial Action Plan (HHRAP) is a formal process that guides the clean up of the Hamilton Harbour Area of Concern (AOC) through the identification and implementation of remedial actions to address environmental issues resulting from historical human activities in the area.
Environment and Climate Change Canada and the Ontario Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks coordinate the implementation of the HHRAP with the support of partners on the Bay Area Implementation Team (BAIT). Local coordination of the HHRAP is provided by Conservation Halton.
